Rachel Staley has been the Programme Support Officer at the British American Security Information Council since 2011. Previous organisations that she has worked with include the Acronym Institute for Disarmament Diplomacy, the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom, and the Global Security Institute. Rachel is heavily involved in project work on the BASIC Trident Commission and the UK nuclear weapon system, NATO’s nuclear posture, and establishing a WMD-free zone in the Middle East. She has a BA in International Affairs and Anthropology from Northeastern University and an MA in Non-Proliferation and International Security from King’s College London.
